I laughed...

Not when my husband looked at me and said, "I didn't get you anything for our anniversary tomorrow."  But when I replied, "I didn't get anything for you either."

The good part about that whole conversation...I really don't need or want anything from Pat for my 17th anniversary tomorrow.
A date, like we have planned, will suffice quite nicely.
Being with him is the best gift I've been given.
Being with him eternally...even better.

So cute! and true.

Keldon and I were talking yesterday about how odd I am (being a girl) not liking to shop. For me the thing is: there isn't a lot of incentive to enjoy an activity that will just put you in debt. If there isn't a shopping therapy fund, it isn't very therapeutic.

My garden might be thought of as an investment, but still . . .

Holy Cow. How do you know Marnee? Marnee and I have been friends since we were kids. Too funny.

Congrats on 17 years. Awesome.

Cute! and Happy 17th Anniversary!

I'm glad to know that we aren't the only ones that don't give each other gifts for our anniversaries... sometimes just a card to each other and that's about it! :)
